Traffic lights at key intersections

I'm writing to you as a road user in the Blenheim area. I commonly need to cross the Grove Road, Dillions Point rd intersection to get out of my area.

Would it be possible to remove the round about and put lights at this location. Particularly in the morning I can be waiting 10-15 minutes for a break in grove rd traffic. This is not ideal and better intersection management should be considered. 

A round about at budge Street should also be considered immediately as it is near impossible to execute a right turn onto grove road from that intersection
