Birchwood & Waters Avenues

Birchwood Ave has street trees on both sides, with virtually no footpath. (a short strip on part of the older area). Pedestrians need to walk on the narrow road as the berms are sloped into a ditch. Would be great to have a footpath. Adjoining is Waters Ave. which has two footpaths on some of it, and no street trees! How about some trees in there!
