Support for Leaderful Marlborough

Leaderful Marlborough wants to grow into an incorporated society and expand its leadership development programme, which has already been proven to work. This programme helps people in our region become better leaders—leaders who care about working together, solving problems, and creating a better future for everyone in Marlborough.

We are asking for Marlborough District Council’s support to build on this success by providing practical help through the CIT Labour and Skills Programme and connecting us with senior managers who would benefit from participating in the progamme and can act as mentors. By working together, we can grow more leaders who will make Marlborough a stronger, smarter, and more connected community, ready to take on future challenges and opportunities.

Strong leadership is essential for Marlborough to thrive. Our future depends on having people who can bring communities together, tackle challenges, and create opportunities for others. Leaderful Marlborough directly supports the Council’s goals of building a region that is welcoming, innovative, and sustainable.

Our programme has already helped participants develop skills to lead effectively in their workplaces and communities. These leaders have gone on to create stronger teams, better businesses, and closer community connections. By supporting this initiative, the Council would be investing in the region’s future leaders—people who can create a more vibrant community, a stronger local economy, and a Marlborough we can all be proud of.
