Planting of more natives, viewing platform and Endeavour Stream Writers Walk

The stream from Endeavour Park to Rānui has some plantings of natives, however it would be good to have more plantings to encourage more native birds and enhance the area more of the native biodiversity. This will prevent contractors going into the stream to cut overgrown weeds and improve the health of the stream. A viewing platform and poems/māori proverbs engraved on a granite plaque and mounted on a riverside rock,  and therefore establishing a Writers' Walk.

The area has potential to be a real focus, natural natives attraction and encourage community to participate in those Writers' Walk.
