Mininmise unnecessary spending

Due to increased annual rates council should put off any projects that are not required for the running and maintenance of the region.

Council should review its staffing needs and reduce staff whereever possible.

Council should review its outsourced contracted services including funds paid to ratepayer association groups for mowing and other services.

Council should also review the health and safety requirements and if minimum wages are paid where ratepayer association groups receive funds from the council for such services.
