bike stands

Create bike stands for bicycles, around Seymour Square and perhaps another 2 places.

Bikes are used for vinyard tours and promoting bike use should be encouraged as its more healthy than sitting in a car.

At the moment bikes end up against shop windows or road sign posts, and looks messy or become a nuisance.
